Snow Knocks Out Power For 19,000 (Q13 FOX Seattle)

Snow followed by rain brought tree branches down into power lines, and knocking out electrical service for about 19,000 customers of Seattle City Light.       Spokesman Mike Eagan says service Monday morning has been restored to most.       He says the hardest hit area seems to be Burien and the southwest part of Seattle.
