Resolved Question: Best Place in Washington State?

Me and my fiance are planning to move to Washington. We are only in the beginning stages of exploring different towns. We have decided that we would like to live in the Olympic Peninsula, or anywhere near the Puget Sound. We would like to live in a smaller town, but perhaps one that is close to a larger town. Also we are on a budget so high income neighborhoods are definitely out of the question. We would also like to start a family soon, and we want to live in a place that's great for raising kids. I've recently fell in love with Burien Washington if that give you any idea of what appeals to us.
